Returns Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. • To be eligible for a return, the item must be: • Unused and in the same condition that you received it. • In the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items • Customized products (e.g. smart wardrobes, furniture) • Items installed or used • Clearance or discounted items
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. • If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original method of payment. • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective product).
Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@smarteco.qa.
Return Shipping
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. • For large products, we can arrange a pickup for a fee.
